Default Need help finding sand tires

This is an awsome forum! I'm in the middle of doing a 42h vangard swap into my 99 ezgo and I need to find some good front/rear paddle tires. I have the 26" mudlights on it right know but with the new motor I really want some forward bite! Any body know a place to get 22'-26'' paddles?

Heres some pics with the stock 295 motor. This motor is for sale and it runs very very good!

Welcome to the forum. Where are you located ?? If you're in an area where there are dunes, there is probably a local source. Shipping can be pretty spendy.

I live in salem, Oregon. We ride at Winchester Bay and Florance. I just bought the cart two months ago and started the motor conversion this week. This thing is freeking awsome and I really like all the aftermarket goodies! I want to get different seats, roll cage, and more lights. I have an obsession with building toys and this one should be a lot of fun. Thanks for the link above. Any info you guys can give me or cool links to check out would be great!

You will have alot of fun with the extra power. We have duned 24HP Honda carts and my brother then upgraded to a liquid cooled 35HP Vanguard built to 60HP+ which was a blast. Paddles will help for sure and we even went with some Razor's up front to help it turn on soft faces. Run a light weight wheel and sand tire set-up to help you keep your RPM's up. I have some 22" paddles on 10" douglas aluminum rims in the For Sale section if your interested. I will have to dig up some pics. I am excited to see your build progress!

I would go with a 12" wide 24" or 25" paddles with high speed gears. You'll give the Rhinos a run for their money. Try this place for some tires, I just got some custom cut 25" Mohawk's front tires from them. They can make any sand tire you want. http://www.fullertonsandsports.com/ Or you can get some off the shelf 25" AMS paddles.
