bought 18 hp brigs model 350447 type0075-01-1874 code 9409 2911 can any one tell does have a charging system 1''x3'' shaft i have heard you can tell buy the numbers yr built and all thank you in advance just john

Hey just john,
I figured mine out a little different since the numbers don't always add up so to speak. If you look at the info section, they have several tech spec sheets with actual pictures, I think its under "briggs wiring" ..I was able to id mine by looking at that. Also, if you take a pic of your starter side it will be easier. |

the #7 at the end of the model# denotes electric starter,12 or 24v gear drive with Alternator
