Default Opinions, Please-Will This Work?

I have found a Kawasaki FH721D engine I can pick up cheap (needs rebuilding- no problem with that part). 25HP V-twin, fan-cooled, 1 1/8" crankshaft. I was thinking of putting it in a Yamaha G2 or G9 with 6" Jakes lift and 22"tires, dropping the front of the rear swingarm 4" down and 2" back. My biggest concern is, this is a tall engine, I am estimating 18" tall if I use a remote air filter. WILL IT FIT? Has anyone done this swap, and what problems have you encountered? I will have to get a clutch for it, but Comet 94C clutches are still around, and CPP has their 09 clutch from Team. The Team clutch is a better clutch, but the Comet looks smaller and might give me more room to work with.
I realize I won't gain any more speed over stock unless I do some mods, but that is not an issue. I am looking for low-end torque as I will be using this as an off-road utility and trail cart.

What do you guys think?

Not positive but I think it would fit. If you have to make a bracket to hold the engine, you can lower it as well to gain a bit more room.

YES My swingarm is lowered about 4 1/4 " From the bottom of the seat to the top of the front factory motor mount is about 19 " . I lowered my engine cradle about 2 1/2 " to get my belt closer to being horizontal .
