I have built coil over rears, too (mainly dual coils per side to get the correct stiffness). But in my experience and for the money, we just stay with a leaf setup in the rear. It's practicle and works very well. V-Twins are great, no matter who's name is on them. I prefer Honda's - my choice. If someone is in the Dallas area and has a comparable size 'other' brand, then bring it by and lets see the results from a 'road test'. Once again - This isn't a post to discuss engine choice...

I have to pipe in on the rear coil overs. I am thinking about welding in two pivot points to make my rear end a swing arm rear instead of a pivot side to side rear suspension.
The suspension wont be as compliant in the bumps but i will be able to carry more weight and feel comfortable driving the cart.

Honda or Briggs is a personal thing. I dont care big blocks are great! Mike you do fantastic work!

I'll have to "dig" thru the computer for those pics. We ended up taking the rear coils off, as they didn't perform the way I wanted them to.

Here's a few more engine shots with the cold air intake installed, along with the rest of the header and muffler. We've got about 10 carts in for service today, so no more playing with the 'money pit' until the bills are paid!
