Kris, I found mine ( one inch flex stainless) at a RV dealer near here, but I had a favorite saved for a guy that sells parts for truck mounted steam cleaners and pressure washers and such, but now I can't find it.

don't know about the muffler.

The RV dealer sold it by the foot to me.

Got my muffler from Summit Racing. Put in the case size I needed to fit and what location inlet and exit and used 1.5" exhaust. Got the 1.5" flex from O'Reillys and I custom built my header out of 1.25" pipe and added a 1.5" end on it.

I have, way too big and way too expensive. I was thinking of making one or using a throttle body off something. I really rather one that was in a tee that went on my muffler. It would go out the tee to my tailpipe unless I opened it then straight out. It could be a flap type valve less likely to freeze up a shaft, as I rather it were steel I can just weld on. So I might get an exhaust adapter that fits my 1.5 muffler and see if I can make a valve on a plate to insert into it, then weld a bung off the side for the tailpipe. Its one of those things...where there must be an easier way than I am thinking.

I could be super sneaky and put the stock clone muffler in the tail pipe lol.

Sho, You might check JC Whitney, They use to have cable exhaust cutouts in their cat, but might be to big of diameter for carts.
