What ever Rifter is asking..it's a steal for the fastest golf car (as I know of) in the world My only suggestion would be pick the engine with the most torque. My Yamaha FZ6 only has 45 lbs of torque, but at 12k 100HP. Kind of depends what you have planed to use it for.

What do you plan to do with the car after the install? 4 wheeling or on road?

i think im going to put a live axle because i dont think that the trans axle will be able to hold up with what im planning on doing. inless there are ways to make it stronger

Read up on Rifter's build, He used a "sprint car" style straight axle and explains the sprocket gearing needed, Only problem is, you won't have reverse, but as been said many times.....turn the wheel and STAB IT, you'll be pointed in another direction quickly Yes the stock transaxles weren't made for that kind of abuse and they either need a jackshaft for a clutch/belt to chain set up or straight chain to a questionable input shaft adapter and gear. Take a long hard look in the BigBlock section,"Bike and atv engine swaps"....guy's are doing amazing things....pretty much due to Rifter.
