Default Electric to Big Block Conversion

I am starting my 83 CC Elec to 390 Honda Conversion. The transaxle is a Dana H12 fnr I got from the Surplus Center http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.as...ame=powerTrans
I am using The 06 drive clutch from CPP the driven is a Comet 84c. I "had" to get the jakes long travel to match the width of the rear I need to find a steering column from a 84.5 up cart to work with the steering rack.

13.25 is the only ratio the surplus center has. The Dana H12 fnr is used in alot of UTVs and Go-Carts that manco and american sport work builds. The go-carts had 8:1 ratio and the Dana website says 10 and 12 to one are options but no sells parts you have to buy the whole axle. I got 38.7 MPH at 6100 rpm with the 26" tall tires on the GPS.

One more question from the pic on surplus it doesn't look like there are any splines on the shaft for the clutch is this correct or not?

Says the shaft is keyed. I want to know how the diff lock works, I would think about putting one in a build for that alone. One could also jack shaft the secondary then change the ratio to the trans shaft. This is about the same gearing as a stock G9/2 yamaha, so about 30mph with 22s at 5K rpm or so.
