Re: Vanny exhaust system???
Unless you're building a drag cart, just go with something cheap. For what we use these carts for, we don't need a high-dollar exhaust. Here is what I did with some copper fittings I found laying around the garage. I brazed them together, then covered them with header wrap. I fed that into the original Cub Cadet muffler and it sounds great.

Re: Vanny exhaust system???
On my G9 I used a CPP stainless header pipe with a piece of stainless flex pipe and a VW bug baja style muffler. Sounds great!

Re: Vanny exhaust system???
When we raced Go-Karts 30yrs.ago,they made us run mufflers for a period(town problems). We used the stock, muffled VW chrome exhaust-tips.JC-Whitney still sells them for about $10.Its' basically a small glasspack(straight-thru design). We hardly noticed a power difference, but it cut the sound down alot. They offer some bigger ones as well now for about the same price.Robertson makes a similar style Kart-Muffler too.Hope this helps.

Re: Vanny exhaust system???
Yeah they made us do that too ...I think I'm gonna use robertsons set up it's only 100 bucks and I know it flows better than cpp's and I can put it together the way I want too...its not gonna be a drag cart but it will run and sound like one.... lol
