It's happy hour so I've quit for the day.It took me 2hrs.to get a bolt,3/8x24x5",had to go to Myrtle beach to get it.I got the clutch on but not satisfied,I have to space the clutch out 1/2 " from the engine to line up with the driven. That gives me 1/8" clearance.I'm going to take the clutch off & do some grinding,I think I can get another 1/8.
I took 2 pics of the clutch & 1 of the spacers, the engine isn't bolted down so I know it 's not strait

I finally ran the cart today,it didn't take that long to put it in,I redid some other stuff while I had it apart.I ended up with 1/2 " clearance between the end of the clutch & the spring hanger.
I figure I got about 25% improvement so if you have to buy a new clutch I would get the 06 over the 780 but if you already have a 780 I don't think the improvement is worth $325.That being said I have a good 780 for $125 shippedhookm
