faster shifting bb
tried the cart out seems like it's not shifting fast enough it's kinda lingering in the low range too long..... what can i do can i make it shift faster it has torque galore ..

You probably need to lighten the spring in the secondary. I had the same issue. Mine is adjustable.

My secondary clutch has 3 different holes for the spring tab. The helix has one hole, but the clutch sheave has 3. #1 is faster shift, #3 is slowest shift.

never messed with the secondary clutches does yours have the ramps on it because mine don't...

Yours has them. You just can't see them when assembled.

i take it i have to remove the whole secondary to do this or can i do it while it's on there...

This is the part where the ramps are. You have to remove the clutch, then remove the c-clip/snap-ring that holds this part onto the splined shaft. Be careful because it is under spring pressure and will want to fly apart.

If the clutch comes off easy, everything else is a breeze. Remove the bolt at the end of the clutch and see if it will come off.
