BB conversion belt size?

I have began my install of a kohler 18, CPP engine cradle and comet 780 clutch... what is the best belt size for this application? (ez-go) Will the stock belt size be ok? Ill post some pics as I move along!!

I ran a seamstress tape around the primary clutch center shaft, over the OD of the secondary clutch, and added 2" to that measurement. Perfect length. I found that procedure on this site.

You try asking Tom at CPP?
If you are using his cradle and his comet clutch, he will hook you up..
It also depends on what year ezgo you have.. I made my own cradle, but I needed a longer belt.. For my setup the Marathon belt was perfect.

Using this method I set my 720cc Subaru up to use a Harley Davidson GC belt on a custom cradle. This way I avoided an expensive odd ball belt.

Thanks a lot guys.... Ill get the measurement and get it ordered soon! I did order the cradle from tom and the clutch that I have is the same one that he sells.
