Belt
Just installed a 16hp vangaurd in my 94 club car ds how do i know what size belt to use is there a calculation or some type of tool to use thanks

I ran a seamstress tape from the primary clutch center shaft, over the OD of the secondary clutch, and back to the primary, and added 2" to that measurement. Perfect length. I found that procedure on this site.

I did the same thing as 1989 Marathon 2" wasn't enough I had to modify the cradle to slide the engine back another 1/2 of an inch after I got my belt installed.
