How Do I Hook Up The Throttle Cable??
I Have A 2001 Ez-go Work Horse And I'm Putting A 16 Hp Vanguard. How Do I Hook Up The Throttle Cable? Do I Use The Differential Bracket Or Can I Eliminate Those.

The bracket you are referring to is the stock Governor.There is a box under the floor that the foot petal hooks to and thats where I hooked mine up to.I also removed the governor parts from inside the rear end. I also use a tachometer to keep from over reving the motor

Thanks, I Thought That I Had To Use The Governor Brackets. Can I Use The Stock Throttle Cable?

I used the one that came with the new motor. Just depends on length and brackets to get enough pull to get wot

I Found The Motor In A Golf Course And It Had No Throttle Cable On It. Do U Know Where I Can Get One?

I'm using the stock cable for now.I just nipped off the end of the cable and used a cable ferrule with the screw in the top of it.If your linkage is like this you can come in from the front or the rear of the engine with the cable.Only the front mount though with a stock cable.This is just till I get all the bugs out and get the throttle working properly.Then I am going to heatshrink the end of the cables behind the ferrules.So far it works ok.Need a different return spring set-up.Here's a pic.

I did not get enough travel with the stock pedel and my throttle lever on the carb so I used the stock governor arm. this let me keep the governor for now so my kids dont go too fast

Thank You For Your Advice. The Cart Has Been Sitting For Months. Only If I Known About Bgw The Cart Might Of Been Done By Know. Here Are Some Pics Of My Project.
