Default Big Block Workhorse build

Bought a ezgo workhorse for 600$ and had a Honda 24HP laying around out of an old pressure washer so i decided to ditch the stock 350cc motor.

Went with the Rapid response 1 1/8" clutch and kevlar belt, made an engine cradle and built an exhaust out of 1 1/4" tubing

for the long block i'm going to do a cam, pushrods, guide plates, 1.3 rockers, valve springs, do some minor port and polishing while i have the heads apart and have the flywheel machined/lightened

For induction i have kicked around several ideas, i'm thinking since i am only two weeks into this build and very minimal cost i might as well go with a GT15 turbo (says for 190cc to 1000cc engines) for 185$ and build another quick stainless merge header for it. oil supply will be really easy, definately will run it draw through rather than trying to hold 8 pounds of boost into that ditch pump carberator.

then either a holley 350 CFM two barrel and boost reference it myself or some sort of a motorcycle carb, any suggestions?

the holley i know i can dial in but thats a lot of CFM for that little 40ci.

also will be running my NGK AFX wide band a/f gauge to get the right air fuel in it.

also going to change gears in the rear end, thinking 6-1 with hyd. disk brakes in front and the stock drums in the rear. once i get to that point and get an idea of how much power its got i will build an appropriate chassis for it. (long travel)

Very nice work so far.
Does that Honda have the rev limited coils in it?

Nice exhaust, can you make one like that for the honda Gx630?
I wanted to run the rapid response clutch, but my Zemco header would probably not allow it to fit. Also is that header made out of stainless? I'd really like to get an all stainless exhaust. Email me if you would be interested in fabricating a system like that for a gx630 airbagged@earthlink.net
