Default throttle and brake assembly for polaris 400 ezgo swap

Im starting a build with a 76 ezgo. I am putting in a polaris 400 sport and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for throttle and brake assembly for the pedals.

Also I was wondering about the exhaust for the two stoke how I can change it so that its not in the original position its in now like it was on the bike. (Ill try to post a picture) it comes out right by your feet as it is and is not real handy.

You can slice the pipe up in small "wedge" shapes and rotate the pieces to get the shape you want then tack them in place. Once you have the position right just weld them up. I've done it on my clone engine, not too tough, although my welds aren't pretty. Seems to be holding well enough.

As long as you don't shorten or lengthen the pipe too much you'll be ok. Just changing the orientation of the bends won't affect anything. The most important part of the pipe is the section from the engine to the expansion chamber, and of course the expansion chamber itself. The tailpipe can really be any length you want, provided that it's a good diameter that won't "choke" the engine.
