Thanks for the comps, it's is geared on the low side and just the short drive through the neighborhood I've only gotten to 3rd gear and only about 5k rpm in third and we're doing about 40mph so I'm guessing that the stability of the carts handling will go out of control before the 6tg gear. On the sand it should be fine but pavement is terrifying lol. Wide open 6th gear with this set up has got to be over 80-100 mph

I just finished installing the flip seat kit for the rear. Next is hooking up all the lights.

I just though of a great mod. I found this broken desk chair near someone's trash and with a few adjuments with a razor blade (cutting a slot for the 1" rail) they bolt right on the rear seat rails!

Very nice! And I like the use of recyled arm rests, looks great and functional. Can I ask where you got your disc brake set up from?
