Depends on what you want to do. You got a speed demon. I've been around here a few years and seen a lot of great builds. My first build was a 97 Cushman Hawk that ended up a trailer queen. Then I mated a Honda 350 in a 94 Marathon. Both builds I learned a lot by watching other builds. There are so many different ways to build one. There are rat rods, street crushers, low riders, bagged, lifted, pimped, sky high, crawlers, speed demons, restored, and people even play golf.

My next build(and I'm gathering part):
Ezgo stretch limo, 4x4, with ATV motor, I want to go with a independent front and rear suspension. Nothing high and lifted. I want ride quality and comfort.

Things I've learned:
The electrical charging system on an atv is weak when you go to adding extra lights, radio, fans, etc. (honest I have to charge my cart from time to time)

The rear axle on my 350es is not wide enough and spacers are not enough. The extra width is said to put more stress on the bearings. I'm an engineer(really) and have run the numbers a few times.

Heat, you got to cool it.
Make it safe. you never know who will want to drive.
Brakes, if it's gonna go, it's gotta woooo.

Don't know if this helps, just my thoughts.

Great points Unforgiven!

Why not try to pimp up a Harley 3 wheeler? Seems the 3 wheelers aren't very popular so why not be different?

Or how about a true Monster truck version? Wonder when we'll start seeing side by side drivetrains being used? The Rhino wasn't as wide as the newer Can-Ams and Razors.

My cart only has rear brakes and it gets a little scary when stopping on them, but the engine braking is enough in most situations

You would have to make arrangements for cooling..
I also would like to locate a liquid cooled Briggs ..I actually found a
NOS brand new from a lawn mower dealer going out of business
for cheap..but it was gone quick..on Craigslist.

When I thought "Monster truck", I was reffering something running on 30" and up tires. Trule disproportionate like the Bigfoot trucks.
