EGR valve ? It just sends excess crankcase fumes back to the intake for a second shot to reduce emissions. You could just vent it to atmosphere if you choose or find a way to plumb it into an filter housing. Either way will work but the latter will keep Greenpeace from holding a protest meeting on the roof of your house. | |

| As soon as I get it running, I will post AL the pics I have in order to kind of show the build in progress. Its been a long time coming and I can see why lots of people who attempt this end up scrapping the project... MONEY AND TIME. I will have abut 8k in thus build and over 2 years! BUT, it is first class and will be a real head turner. |

| HELP with fuel pump. I need to buy and INLINE electric fuel pump that pumps 45 psi? There are lots of pumps on ebay, and they advertise as "MINIMUM FLOW AT OUTPUT 32 GPH". Will this work? Do I have to put a pressure regulator? (I have one). If not, please tell me what I have to buy? Early on, I bought a walbro kit on ebay, but its an IN TANK pump, and I am not going that route. |
