Exclamation Suzuki Savage 650cc motor into Club Car

Alright guys heres the plan tell me what you think. Cutting the frame around the motor and leave it mounted to it's original place. Then welding it straight to some steel brackets I've bolted to the aluminum frame on the club car. One of my first major problems is that my bike is belt driven. I need to convert both pulley sprockets to chain sprockets and need help deciding what rear end to put on. Either I leave the stock diff and transfer case from the club car and weld a sprocket to that, Or swap it with a atv rear end. I'll have pictures posted this afternoon. Give me some ideas

Welcome! Your bike engine is "belt driven", Like some Harley's? Or did I miss understand? If so, what side is the belt out put (driverside or passangerside)?

thats how i hacked the motor into my cart lol i left it in the atv frame and then welded it into the cart engine cradle, braced it up with a few extra tabs, easier than making all new engine mounts and looks pretty good for a red neck rat cart lol

You probably won't want to friend me after this postDon't EVEN count on it, we have built many carts here and if you have any hope of not killing yourself in a thrown together cart you need to take your time and do it right. I run mine up to 85/90 mph all the time and backed off at 115mph, I have thousands of dollars in safety and quality equipment and many months of planning and building, you want to build a trap don't try to set an example. I don't mean to rain on your build but we take our builds serious, and will help with any serious builder
