Re: parts and pieces
You really should read more of the Bike engine threads here before you jump to buying parts that will not hold the Horse Power from the bike engine. 1 inch won't be enough. What happened to the 2 other threads you started about using a sled engine? 3 total posts 3 threads started?

Re: parts and pieces
There's several bike engine builds here, 75% never get finished, if you read all the threads that are close to yours you can get alot of good info, I would work on brakes and suspension before anything else because the engine you want to install has more power than a "Golf Cart" was ever supposed to have, the stock suspension and brakes will only get you hospitalized. I don't mean to be short with you, I just want you to realize how much time and money you will need to put out to make this into a safe and reliable vehicle. Take a look at mine, it may not be the show stopper that others have but I have several Trophys in more than one catagory and I finished it several years ago, it still runs and handles like the first day. This cart is an investment of more than $9000.00 and countless man hours.
