Default Sports E Z 500

Ok guys, here it is.
The moment I've been waiting on for five years. It's a 91' marathon with a 99' sportsman 500 transplant. So far I've got the frame mocked up but I'm waiting on the wheels to get here to make sure all my clearances are good. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Ok, I got my wheels. I think I'm just going to have to trim the front fenders a little for clearance on the front end. It's amazing how this thing is falling in to place.

What do you guys think about the stearing on the golf cart? Is it going to be strong enough to handle the big tires and 4x4?

I didn't get a lot done yesterday but progress is progress. I got the back and front mounts done from the quad frame to the cart frame. I'll see what I can get done today.

What do you think? Is it sitting too tall?

Very Cool !

You fit it together like it was made for it.

Not too tall, just right. Love the wheels.

Ok, so I've got it all wired and gear selector mounted and throttle hooked up but I've been working on the brakes and I can't seem to get them bled or my master cylinder isn't big enough. Here's what I did, I ran all three brake lines to the rear master cylinder whitch only ran the one disc brake. Do you think that cylinder is enough to push all three?

All three to the rear(master cylinder)? Where is your actual primary Master Cylinder? I see you have disc brakes onthe front with a line off each going to a distribution block, you need 1 line running from the master cylinder to that block, then on the back, I can't see the actual brake assembly but there should be only one common brake for both sides, if it's hydralic you need 1 line going to that. I do't know why you have 3 lines coming from your master cylinder, should 2 only. I don't know man we need more pics what your talking about with the brakes.

First picture- a single Master Cylinder with 2 outlets used with a distribution block/proportioning valve that will go to the front and rear brakes, the second pic with the pedals is single outlet Master cylinders so you need one for the front and one for the back and a manual proportioning valve on the rear brakes or a biasing pedal assembly such as shown. The double is the way I did my brakes on my Drag Car, I also used Master Cylinders with a 3/4 dia bore on the front and a 1 inch bore on the rear. Any brake problem you can come up with someone here can help, just show what you have to work with.
