It will be my 3rd build with using a mint condition 250sx
My last one was a jockey shift. These bikes have 1700 pound towing capability Just want to know from everyone how I should do the other shifter |

What's different about this cart, that you can't do the shifter the same way you have in the past?

What kind of power, speed are we talking about? We've had alot of discussions on here about the weight to power ratio on these. That 250 works out to be 12 hp. but is has 5 forward gears and reverse.

Re: 250sx in a 1994 Ezgo long travel cart
Reason for the 250sx
Is solid axle , it is 19 hp not 12 Shaft drive. It's arguably the most reliable atc and motor for its time And makes a substantial amount of torque The difference is purely cosmetic as far as the shifter goes And resale purposes |

Re: 250sx in a 1994 Ezgo long travel cart
Iv been clocked at 52mph on the flats with nobbies
Next to a truck There are porting and bottom end options at my local CYCLE CENTER The only other motors I would buy for a cart would be a 350 warrior Or a 750 honda shadow street bike motor. |

it's 16-19 something like that depends on who you ask. wasn't stepping just asking. Been thinking of the same build and trying to save some money in the process. What size wheel spacers did you use?
I've been thinking of a big red also a 350 rancher ES. |

Re: 250sx in a 1994 Ezgo long travel cart
Oh one guy on here had a air shifter on his and that was pretty cool.
Can't find the thread yet. I was just going to run a rod from the shifter to the floor board and have a shift handle. |
