Junk store, garage sales, anywhere you can find a free/cheap couch.

If you want new foam, Google foam in your city. Most any upholstery shop has it or can get it.

Right now im about a little over a mile from uptoparcovers and will be stopping by before I leave the area. If the traffic wasn't so bad were they are at i could drive my cart to there shop.

I added about 2 inches of additional foam, not nearly as firm as original foam, but it compensated for 8 years of oem getting beat down. I glued the two foams together with 3m spray adhesive just to ensure no slippage.
