Default rattle bomb a G2

I'm getting ready to bomb my g2. It is an off white color now and I want to go with a true white. I just have a few questions, I know I have to use adhesion promoter but do I need to prime the cart after that or just go straight to color. Do I need to wet sand in between coats ( I believe duplicolor says to do 3 coats at least 10 minutes in between and within an hour, which doesn't leave a whole lot of time.) Another question is about the clear coat, do I wait a week for the color to cure before spraying on or do I apply it right after the color. Thanks for the advice.

When I rattle can painted my cart I used Krylon Fuzion which is meant for plastic. All I did was wash it really good. I had to do some body work cause my front cowl was cracked so in the process I sanded the whole thing real good with a fine sand paper. Then I just sprayed the paint. I put several coats. I think I put 2-3 coats, let it dry overnight then wet sand. I put a couple more coats and wet sanded real good before clear coat. I did let the paint dry overnight before wet sanding and clear coat. I used Krylon Fuzion clear as well. I am no way a professional painter but I was ok with the outcome.

This was with rattle cans from walmart, not the best but not bad for a $20 paint job

Looks good. Did you remove the body to paint it?

No we painted it with the body on, My friend owned it before I did and his wife wanted it purple, so $20 in paint and a 24 pack later it was purple.
