Default Yamaha g9 body help

I have a G9 golf cart i am restoring. Does anyone know what kind of plastic the body is? I have a few holes and a big crack to fix. I want to be able to fix where i can sand and paint and make look factory. I have never used a plastic welder. What is my best option?

Here is a picture of the big spot I need to fix. It's held together now with some wire.
