Default Do you hang or lay flat when painting?

Please understand I have been reading all the posts, I just haven't seen anywhere about the actual painting setup. Should I hang the plastic parts I'm painting or lay them on the ground?

Which ever you are more comfortable with. You can't lay it on the ground, you wont be able to paint the edges. It has to be sitting on something Like saw horses.

Can't thank you guys enough, spending my whole day sanding and prepping and I have to tell ya, my confidence has skyrocketed throughout this process due to all the help everyone has given me. Should be done completely by Friday, I'll post pics.
