Prepping question and Polyester finishing compound
Ok I am starting to prep my CC DS body for painting and need some advice on repairing the scratches (see below) on both sides of the rear end. I read the prep sticky and saw where polyester finishing compound is best for prepping these bodies but I have a couple of questions. 1) will it take care of these scratches as most of what I have read is it is mainly for smaller problems? These are not real bad and there are no cracks. Looks more like a dog chewed on them. 2) What brand PFP do you guys recommend? 3) Do you have any other tips to help repair these before paint? Thanks
