Any tips on painting the raw plastic roof?
Looking for help with painting the raw plastic roof on my yamaha. I was thinking about using the Rhino spray in bed liner, however want a better look. Does anyone know if a primer than normal paint would bite. Any help would be appreciated!! I had the cart done professionally and didn't have intentions on putting the roof back on, plans changed!

Professional bedliner coatings are going to be your best option that will "stick". Most any and all paint will peel off.

I would use Self-Etching primer and then a paint with a flex agent in it. I have been researching this myself. Good luck

Re: Any tips on painting the raw plastic roof?
I agree with using Fusion. I had a G16, the only prep I did was wash the plastic body and then just used Fusion paint. No primer, sanding, or anything. Turned out really well to my surprise and held up great. Fusion works better on tops than any paint I've tried as well.

Re: Any tips on painting the raw plastic roof?
What should I do for my G1? The front end is plastic and the rear is fiberglass and I want to use the same color for both but cannot find any fusion paint to match it for the front end. I have already purchased the paint but it is for the rear body and has no fusion in it.
