![]() I built a new 4 seater roll cage for my EZGO and was interested in having it powder coated. I haven't ever dealt with powder coating before, how much would it approximately cost to have someone do a roll cage? Are we talking in the area of $50, $200 or $500?

![]() Probly in the $200 range. That seems resonable based on stuff I have gotten coated. It sure wouldn't be $50 unless it was a buddy deal.

![]() Thanks for the info I was expecting it to be in the $150 - $200 range. I'm going to finish up the roll cage with seat belt tabs and take it to the powder coaters to see if they will do it.

![]() now thst for black cause its like a $1.00 a pound for powder for the candy colors x's that base price by 2 or 3 depening on the color.. this also works good to find out how material you used in making it... then you can price out the metal pricing too.. in our rhino cages we have 100 feet of tubing and we use that as a sells pitch... most of everybody else 50 to 75 feet
