Default Help with painting the roof

Need help with this. Lets say I paint the top and spray clear. The next day I flip it over and paint the underside. When I spray color there are going to be some edges that will be over lapping the clear on top. Is this going to be a problem? What other method did you do when you painted your top? Thanks!

I used vht roll bar paint with adhesion promoter. It has a nice shine once it dries and its pretty strong. Or, paint both sides before clearing. Once the base dries on both side, clear it.

Paint the top while it is hanging from 2 tie wires through the 2 holes for mounting the roof, that way you can get both sides at once.

Any pics yet? I am about to change the color on my DS from beige to black and this info is very helpful. I bought some Krylon Fusion and it says it adheres to plastic, but I do not want it to flake.

I used all Duplicolor products. Adhesive promoter, Color, and clear. Looks really good and seems to be holding up. It has been 2 months now.
