Finally posting updated pics-Paint, Dash, rear seat
Well I finally got off my lazy azz and posted updated pics of my ride.
For the body and roof I used Duplicolor adhesive promoter. Color is Duplicolor Intense Blue Pearl. Top coat Duplicolor clear. I did not remove body pieces I taped everything off. Very happy with results. I still need to buff or polish to bring out a little more shine. Dash is thin plywood that is covered in a carbon fiber vinyl wrap. http://www.metrorestyling.com/ Cool products! Check them out. My pics do not do this product justice. Looks great in person. Fabricated the back seat out of angle iron and the roof supports from my old Yamaha roof. Bought Led's off Ebay they come from Hong Kong at $2.75 shipped for a 20" piece. More to come, rear speakers, rubber diamond plate for the mats, carbon fiber vinyl behind pedals, cup holders. I have my best idea's sitting in the garage sipping on a cold one! Thanks to all that has helped me!!! |
