Default paint and body questions

hey guys i was wondering what yall thought of using fiberglass bondo to repair cracked roof and other cracks in the plastics on a 89 g2a.
also what do yall think of using bedliner spray paint on the roof and a few plastic trim pieces. i want get rid of this old faded white look my cart has. the cowls and main body pieces are gonna be rattle canned bright red.
