Sorry, I've been trying to resist but just couldn't hold off any longer.

So typically you're epoxy's for bonding materials are either geared towards metal or plastic but usually not both. I use a product called Fusor for metal and Fusor for plastic. If you want to give this a shot you could go with a metal epoxy and make sure you scuff both surfaces well, then before you apply it put some adhesion promoter on the plastic, now that should soften it up enough for the metal epoxy to bond to the plastic. Now I am in no way guarenteeing this will stand the test of time but if you had some scrap pieces you could do a test part. These are just my opinions and others will have their own.

Hey Master, I use the Fusor for metal as well, mostly door skins and things of that nature.. I have never used the Fusor plastic. I use the 3m plastic system. I use the 3m plastic system for bumper repair. Have you had good luck with the Fusor plastic system?? I have had no problems with the 3m system but always curios to people's sucess when it come to plastic repair as it can be a bit of a challenge at times.. Thanks Master!

I have used both systems Fusor and the 3m and they are both great products. I have never had either of them fail so that's good news.
Actually the last plastic epoxy I used came in a tube that you could use a regular silicone gun, that was really nice because there was no expensive gun to buy. I used it about a month ago so the jury is still out on that one, I hate to say it but,( I don't remember what I used it on).
