Others with more experience will weigh in I'm sure, but I would suggest using a 2 part epoxy that is available at Lowes or Home Depot and is especially for plastics. You will need some form of backing material and you will need to do a series of repairs to get that thing back together. Clean the front and back very good with a solvent and rough the surface with sandpaper befor you start.

I built a g-9 this summer with a broken body just like yours.I custom cut a piece of diamond plate for the top,U-Shaped.And epoxied the bag well area and used roll on bedliner for the bag well area.It worked perfect and looked super sharp.

Do you have any pictures, justDOOit? I thought about doing the same thing as this cart will have some sort of rear facing seat on it and it would mostly be hidden. What kind of epoxy did you use?

I don't remember the exact brand,it was from Home Depot.I don't have any pics,i built it for myself and someone made me an offer i couldn't refuse so it went bye bye like all the other carts.Camps closed so i can't get you a pic right now.If your mounting a seat i wouldnt bother with diamond plate just epoxy it and paint it.
