99 Club Car Repainting.
Well I started the cart today! First pic is my son wanting to go for a ride. Then I took everything apart Friday night and got it cleaned and ready the work to begin!

Re: 99 Club Car Repainting.
Day 2...began wet sanding with 220 grit on the whole cart. Mainly because of a "damaged" spot on the left rear quarter but also small pimple looking bumps on the the body. Don't know what it was exactly, kinda like a bad mold. Then wet sanded with 600 grit based on so inputs from BGW members. Its as smooth as a babys butt now!

Silver done after 4 coats...dry and ready to be taped off to lay the base black everywhere else. Wife came in handy on all this taping. Her eyes are better then mine...sign of old age I guess! Got 4 coats of black layed before too dark to see.

Re: 99 Club Car Repainting.
Basically I was too lazy to remove the body.lol. I completed it Monday but my camera is on the fritz so can't take pics. I used rattle cans to paint the body, wheel paint for the undercarriage that's visible and plastidipped the aluminum canopy struts about a month ago. I will post some pics this weekend hopefully.

Re: 99 Club Car Repainting.
Sorry guys no pics yet. I've been trying to solve other problems with the cart and it slipped my mind. Thanks for all the "looks" and I will get some pics on here tomorrow. I gotta finish a screwed up radio install tomorrow so she'll be out in the sun!
