Painting Aluminum Top Supports?
I am wanting to paint the aluminum top supports on my golf cart black. Is there a special primer and paint I need that will stick to aluminum? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I used heavy scoth brite pad to prep then used rustoleum primer and black hammer tone paint. seems to be holding up fine so far

Thanks for the information. I found out that etching primer seems to work we as well.

On aluminum you should use an etching primer then top coat.
