We just setup our "in-house" CNC mill to improve delivery times and shorten prototype time.

Very nice! I've been trying to make something like that but way too busy at work and no end in sight. Haas should work great on alum, though ours rarely see aluminum. We have some 2 flute EM that will tear it up at light speed compared to cutting the usual tool steels.
