Default Club Car Clone/460 Swap? Now you can use your OEM Airbox & Choke

We just finished development of our OEM Airbox Adapter for the Club Cars doing a Clone or 460 swap.

This Billet Aluminum piece bolts on directly after the carb and allows you to clamp your factory airbox intake hose to your engine and retain your factory choke and airbox.

IMPORTANT: You MUST remove the OEM baffle inside the airbox and change out the stock paper airfilter for a K&N Replacement in order to NOT choke the engine out at high rpm.

Using the factory airbox makes the same peak hp & torque, but you will loose some upper rpm power and some top speed. (approx. 2hp from 3000rpm on and 2mph top speed).

Production begins next week and they will sell for $34.99.

What is a club car....LOL ok sorry Good job Geoff!! Looks really nice. the Haas is fun huh?

You put a 90 elbow on that upwards, cut a stock G9 hose into 90 elbows, you can use a piece of maybe it was 1 1/4 pvc that fit (?) and connect the stock airbox to a clone on the G2 or G9. It has the same effect it cuts top end down some. Very quiet though, and not bad if you keep the clone all stock.

Ya, 1 wasn't enough, we have 3 now... :) They make very nice parts and the prototyping is instant.
