The stock engine is pending sale already.

I keep telling myself there's really nothing more I can do to the cart after this but know I'm just trying to fool myself.

Lol, yes its fun. I keep in mind what I can buy a used UTV for (<$4K now). But some people can legally run carts on beaches and such where they can't use UTV, so for them its worth more to have a cart they can use in places they are not allowed a UTV. Though a cart is a lot nicer for local use.

I bought mine primarily for two weeks of the year when I go to NASCAR in Bristol. My campground only allows golf carts.

I think I should probably name this build the "you're going to do what with it" build accompanied by an eye roll. Because that is what I get everyone I tell my wife about my next upgrade.

You just wait, she will dig riding around on a cool cart. May not want to admit it, but she will be all about it when the time comes lol.

She loves it just won't admit.

Got my long travel delivered this week and have it partially installed. Little mess up with parts but Wes from Jake's took care of me. That should be complete tomorrow night.

Also got shipment one from VC which included everything but the completed engine and confirmed it should ship sometime in the next few days so I'm getting antsy.

Anyone with a g16 or close what have you done for a front bumper/brush guardbwith your long travels? I'm sitting here wondering how I'm going to mount my led and thinking I've got to add to this new front.

Some buy aftermarket cart bumpers, some lifts have ones you can get, some use rhino or other atv/utv bumpers (search ebay for pics), some make them especially when people want a hitch on the front or mount a cooler/etc.

Waiting is the hardest. Got the notice that the engine shipped Friday, but FedEx has had it "in their possession" since Saturday and no movement.

Got my engine today! For a few hours in working on installing. I was about to tension the drive belt when I got called away from it. And called it a night

I have to work all weekend so it's not looking like I'll be finishing this weekend. Which pass going to drive me batty.
