I made new mounts in the front to drop the front of the swing arm and then drilled the holes farther back so it moved the swing arm back too. It levels out the swing arm and actually gave me more clearance in the back.

It also did away with the extreme angle of the swing arm as well.

When I was done with the swing arm I then had to move the body back on the frame a bit to center the wheels in the wheel well again. This then gave me added leg room when driving the cart. It all worked out great.

Right if you lower and move back the entire swingarm, which you need to do for over 22 tires, you get more clearance in front to the seat far as engine mounting room. But I don't know where its giving you issues.
