Finished Clone Project With Pics
Here it is, finally complete. Figured I'd start a new thread with pics of everything for easy access to people attempting this. Need to do a couple adjustments and tighten things up but have been running around a while now and it runs great! Redid my exhaust tonight and that made a HUGE difference. Loads of power now. Mods to clone are free-flow exhaust, high-flow filter, removed internal governor, HD valve springs. My engine has the rev limiting coil so that needs to be changed out soon as well. Equus tach, VC cradle and some brackets, 6" lift, stereo and light bar. Recovered seats. Here's some pics from start to finish.

Thanks! It really is, completely different cart than stock. I need to get on this rev limiter problem, it hits the 4k and 25 MPH mark like its nothing.

Re: Finished Clone Project With Pics
Thanks everyone! I honestly didn't expect the muffler to workout so well given how many I tried, so I don't know exactly what it is but will see if there is a part number anywhere on it. I do know it's from a small car, 2" in and out. It's offset as well, so the "thru-pipe" has a bend inside the muffler. Baffle holes all inside the thru pipe and the white muffler packing around it. I'm assuming this is a typical design for small car mufflers and anything similar should work as well. I think the key is it being offset too, packing absorbs more sound opposed to a straight thru design.

Tires are 22" Kenda Terra Trac. I got the lift, tires, and wheels from a golfcart place near me as an open box deal for $600 so couldn't tell you where to get em.
