Default Club Car VC460 swap-first ride...

Here's the background, my 1993 Club Car had an FE 290 in it. My daughter and I use this cart to haul our sporting clays gear. Usually it is just the two of us, but sometimes four people and gear ride. I had the secondary clutch machined and installed the torque spring, advanced the timing, rejetted and installed K&N air filter, but some of the hills here on the courses were daunting. We could climb them, but not fast and definitely not with confidence.

I just took the cart out after the VC 460 install. I don't think we will have to worry about climbing hills now. Still can't ge the grin off my face.

Now to figure out the exhaust...

Glad you like it. Yes it's loud. There are lots here that have tried different mufflers with pretty good success. I'm sure you'll get her quieted down.

People say over and over why you put that cheap clone in your cart, but hey they are a powerhouse compared to stock and the Vegas even more so. Sure is fun, no doubt about that.

Glad you like the kit. Keep track of the hours you put on it. We are curious what individuals are getting out of them

Thanks!
