Default VC 440 Blowing Smoke

VC 440 is blowing white smoke all of the sudden does anyone have any suggestions motor is less than 2 years old so i wouldnt think it would need a rebuild kit yet.

Too much oil? Check the levels. If in doubt. Drain and refill. If you drain it, use an old T shirt and strain it to see if you have any metal in the oil.

Wrong oil or infrequent oil changes can cause premature wear on the rings. Also depends how much you use it and what kind of rpm you use it at.

The fastest way to take the rings out of a lawn engine is poor air filtration, make sure its sealed. If it smokes when you gas it likely rings, and that is from many hours or ingesting dirt, though broken ring is possible.

Also make sure your oil is not full of fuel, or overfilled, before you do anything.
