VC walker muffler on 420cc?
Is anyone runnin the walker muffler from Vegas carts on a 420cc clone setup? Looking for feedback. I am redoing my exhaust system now and trying to find one that I quite. I was running stock club car exhaust on it but was pretty loud and feel like it had to be a little restrictive on the motor. I've read through a lot of threads on here about using automotive mufflers and or atv muffler. So many choices just lookin for some feedback.

I am running this walker muffler
Walker Part Number 18192 It's for a geo car but at low to mid rpms it's as same as stock on the noise level with the stock engine/muffler It may be more effective for your engine given my vc460 is built up and is LOUD without a muffler |

I put a thruster on mine, went to autozone and bought the cheapest they had. Sounds great to me. Not too loud- almost sounds stock.....almost.

I am also kind of hoping to find something close to same shape and size as the stock club car muffler so I can mount it similarly to how the factory one is and use their mounting bar...

Anyone try the Walker exhaust part #18424 it says is 1.5 in 1.5 out and is 6" round body. For 80s Honda Civic... http://www.walkerexhaust.com/catalog...g-lookup/17871 The part number on walker site says 17871 but it is 18424 everywhere else I've looked it to it...

The old dodge omni and plymouth horizon also used a round muffler similar to that.

Hmm that makes me want to try that model muffler if my current one doesn't work out
I also wanted to retain the factory muffler location when I did mine but didn't get the muffler when I installed the engine(DOH!!) |

Mine is a small oval so it fits under the bumper flat. I like the sound, I just wish I could (had time to) fab up a valve to a tailpipe that would make it quieter when I sneak back home at night from the campfire lol.

The Walker muffler from Vegas is the loudest thing I have ever heard. They're great, Ive bought a bunch of stuff from them. BUt if you want"quiet" DO NOT get that muffler.
