Clone Carburetor Adjusters
I purchased 2 carburetors from Vegas Carts that I'm modifying so there hand adjustable. I will post them in the for sale section when there finished. I added an adjustable main jet in each one. I purchased replacement air/fuel screws and machined them the fit together and be soldiered to a brass thumb screw. This makes the main jet and air/fuel jet hand adjustable. Now I'm working on how to extend the idle speed screw so it can be reached with your fingers. Let me know what you think - if your interested -- this is just a side hustle not a business - pm me if you have an interest.

Re: Clone Carburetor Adjusters
Are these higher flow than a stock clone carb?

Re: Clone Carburetor Adjusters
I don't remember if they are bored out, I didn't think so. The jetting is different. I put a 32mm on my stock cam clone and it made no difference in WOT power. Its way nicer to drive around because it works better, but full on its about the same. However I am putting a vegas cam in here soon and maybe that will wake it up. Most gokart kits don't bother with a carb until they put a cam in. I do have a ported head, 1.3 rockers, header, etc on it.

Re: Clone Carburetor Adjusters
Pretty sure my lifan was 1 1/16" outlet that would be 27mm. If you can't adjust yours the vegas carb will work better. Soon as you change the exhaust or airbox you need to change jetting.

Re: Clone Carburetor Adjusters
I'm just seeing if there may be an interest in such a part. If I could generate a little interest I'm looking into having a machine shop with a screw machine make a few thousand of them depending on price. They would be a brass straight shaft screw .250 diameter by 1.750 long and a pin through the end to turn it. Its just a screw -- not complicated like some air/fuel screws.
