If you got rid of the rubber motor mounts it will have a little but a lot, something is wrong. Ether the engine is not secure and something is loose/broken or there is something wrong with it. So guess it depends on your definition of a lot. With no rubber mounts you will feel it unlike stock mounts.

You could remove the clutch and run the engine to rule in/out the clutch?

Do you happen to have a video of it running? Vibration with these engines might be a little subjective. These wont be as smooth as the stock motors.

Are you running the torque strap or cable - front left corner mount? As I own a G2 I can say that with any engine upgrade you should replace all 4 mounts.

How do your motor mounts look? They are rubber, if damaged in any way, elevated vibrations is the first thing to happen.

Inspect em ASAP.

i put a torque strap on and it helped alot the mounts are weak but i have it straped down now and it is much better, i guess i was used to the stock yamaha motor, it has a lot more power now, and is twice the fun, i want to thank all of you, for your help
