Adding reverse
Bought a 1991 ezgo. 2 cycle motor was bad. So I swapped in a 18hp 4 stroke. I know a lot of people buy the whole rear ends from carts that have reverse. But I cant seem to find any in my area. Has anyone tried something like this?

Re: Adding reverse
dude you are in Ga, ''the golf cart capital of the world''
find a dealer with a junk yard or just buy a whole rusted out eazygo cart to get parts that unit will require a whole lot of work you need a custom rear suspension axles hubs springs brakes ect lots of welding to fab mounts for all the above plus engineering to make it work right and costs will be far more then any golf cart rear end starting with a whole atv/sideby or cart setup unit will be far eazyer and cheaper |
