Default G16a predator 670 belt??

putting a 670 in my g16, with a new 780 clutch from VC
and was wondering, if there is a belt I should have to help with
clutch alignment & center to center.
or is there a ctr to ctr measurement for clutches I should use.
any help or suggestions would be helpful
Thanks

PS. cart has a 5" lift so I will be droping the frt and maybe extend reward a inch or so??

I understand about the belt calculator
I thought when positioning the motor if I had a belt that was possibly the right size
it would make the placement of the motor easier.

Was hoping someone that did it already would say belt number fit well

Run the calculator and change the numbers to fit what you need.

Every install is different. If you set it up and you can't find a belt in that size, you can use the numbers backwards to find how far you need to move the engine one way or the other to make the belt you can find fit.

46" belt is the basic shown in the calculator, or if you have a 48" you move the center to center till it shows 48" then you know what to adjust.

Diameter of the center of the drive pulley with a belt wrapped around it in inches?
I have no belt to wrap around to measure.
secondary clutch = 9"
center to center max 13.38 or shorter, better clearance for oil cooler & differential

so am I looking for a 1-3/16" X @ ? " belt?
would like to find a common size.

where to hook fuel pump pulse?

would like to have pedal start.

inside diameter, not outside.

all the way open where the belt sits 2.4 sounds correct. The HP2011 is an easy belt to find and cheap as well. I have used it on several Yamaha builds.

I have done alot of 670 swaps. cooler clearance is always tough.
