Nice project, how does it run? There are a few 670 installs on here but not a lot. I am considering one if I ever find another cart to do, and time to do it lol.

I have it installed and wired up. From what I can read here,I will need to adjust the idle jets for a smoother idle. I'm haveing issues with throttle hook up. All I have is the throttle rod not the box that usually comes on gas carts.

But from what I can tell it will be a beast with torque to spare.

IIRC the box runs the starter/gen? You don't need it if using the engine's starter. You may need to make a lever to run the throttle, I did that on my clones.

There is one posted here, it went on the engine upside down but you can see how it worked. One lever was for choke the other for throttle with the tiny holes in it. If it moves the same direction you just put the pivot on the end. It had return springs on it, it used the stock rod to the clone carb, made a larger rod for choke.

Now I run an intake around to the other side of the engine and put a 32mm CV carb on it, but have a 30mm pumper slide to try the CV had issues at WOT but runs nice just not sure I'm getting it all.

Any clutch tuning advice I want to come off idle to engage the drive clutch. I have a 780 with a cv tech heavy duty driven. Right now the drive has blue springs and blue roller. The driven has the standard spring. All

You might want to try the lower tension green springs. I am running those with the 90 gram rollers on my 460. With the 670 you might want to try them with the 130 gram rollers I am guessing you have presently.
