Clone motor running out of fuel at wide open throtle
On long wide open throtle runs it runs out of fuel and i have to let it idle down build fuel up and its good to go again. It started when i added new fuel lines and filters. I have checked all the connections and all seems well. Any ideas why she is runnin out of fuel?

Your fuel pump probably cant keep up with the demand. Where is your pulse fitting?

Had that happen in my bad boy lawn mower with 27 hp kaw. The float was sticking. It would just about die and if I choked it it would come back. Had to break down the carb and clean everything. .

They pulse fitting is in the valve cover its also jb welded on the inside and out. When it runs out of fuel you can actuall stop the cart and look at the fuel filters and they will be empty.

Is the pulse fitting to the inside of the cover? Some put them in the outside part I don't even know how they work that way since its open to the airbox or wherever that hose goes.

Maybe shine a flashlight DON"T USE A LIGHTER"to check for some thing in the gas tank. We had a member here that had a melted golf ball in his tank.

mine does the same thing... using the carb that came with the clone, and stock club car fuel pump...

any luck? mine is still doing it. my fuel filters are staying full/not running dry when it cuts out. gonna maybe take it apart and clean it good. sounds alot like what trbizwiz was mentioning. i can let off gas close the choke and idle it to get it going again.
